A water bed?
We went out paddling the Speed River last evening expecting the usual: coffee cups, snack wrappers, the drift of takeout containers that collects wherever the current slows down.
We found those, but we also found part of a bunk bed frame: both the metal hardware and the ladder to climb the next rung.

Obviously, putting your bunk bed in the Speed River does not make it a water bed. It doesn’t belong there.
We’ll be back looking for the rest of the bed so we can reassemble it in our back yard (or recycle it at a proper metal recycling facility).
